Our admissions and financial aid team is here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring you have the support you need to begin your journey with confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">APPLICATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Student applicants may expect to receive acknowledgement of their applications within three weeks of filing. Lordland University advises prospective students to supply complete and accurate information for admission and for all other university petition forms. Further, applicants must submit authentic and official transcripts of all previous academic work attempted as well as military and vocational training records, if any. Transcripts will be evaluated and credit will be given in accordance with the university\u2019s transfer credit and assessment of prior training policy. Failure to file a complete application may result in denial of admission, cancellation of academic credit, suspension, or expulsion. A transcript has to be sent directly<br>from the school of origin and has to contain the official seal with the Custodian of Record\u2019s signature. The responsibility for assuring of an official transcript to reach our Office of Admissions and Records rests with the applicant. Unofficial transcripts will be accepted for preliminary evaluation; however, official transcripts must be on file before a degree or a certificate program is granted to qualified applicants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">APPLICATION PROCEDURE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prospective students, applying for part-time or full-time, must file a complete application. When submitting application in person, application fee can be paid by credit card or in<br>cash.<br>Plan ahead to request required transcripts of records of all previous scholastic work from each school or college<br>attended. The transcripts required at Lordland University are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High school transcript and\/or diploma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An official transcript from each college or university attended<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A letter of recommendation from your formal instructo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional application requirements for international students: Photocopies of<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Your current passport, I-94, and Visa<br>\u2022 Drivers License issued in the United States or picture ID<br>\u2022 I-20 issued from your previous institution<br>\u2022 Financial Statement<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">GENERAL ADMISSION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applicants seeking admission to Lordland University are evaluated on the basis of academic ability sufficient to complete the selected educational program. To be considered an acceptance, applicant must be at least 18 years of age when applying, and his\/her status has to be a legal residence of the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree Programs<\/strong><br>Students will qualify for undergraduate admission if they:<br>\u2022 Have graduated from high school, have earned a Certificate of General Education Development (GED), or have passed the California High School Proficiency Examination<br>\u2022 Have completed for admission in college or college-preparatory subjects with grades of \u201cC\u201d or better<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Master\u2019s Degree Programs<\/strong><br>Students will qualify for graduate admission if they:<br>\u2022 Have completed a four-year college course of study<br>\u2022 Have the baccalaureate earned from the college or university previously attended<br>\u2022 Have attained a grade point average of at least 2.5 in an acceptable earned baccalaureate degree<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Doctoral\u2019s Degree Programs<\/strong><br>Minimum requirements for admission to the doctoral degree program are:<br>\u2022 An earned baccalaureate degree and master\u2019s degree from a institution of higher education<br>\u2022 Good academic standing at the last institution of higher education attended<br>\u2022 A grade point average minimum of 3.0 in upper division and graduate stud<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SPECIAL ADMISSION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>AUDIT ADMISSION<\/strong><br>Students who attend classes for personal enrichment and not for academic credit may be granted auditor\u2019s status. Auditors attend classes with no obligations to participate actively in the class work. Auditors will receive a grade from Lordland University for every courses completed. Auditors may change the course grade from \u2018audit\u2019 to \u2018credit\u2019 once they are accepted into a degree program. A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required for auditor\u2019s courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>PROVISIONAL ADMISSION<\/strong><br>In certain exceptions, degree program applicants who are unable to furnish a copy of all the required admissions documents may be provisionally accepted with the approval of the dean. This includes degree program applicants on academic probation or suspension at another university as well. Provisionally accepted students will be placed on probationary status and must receive a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 for the courses completed during the first quarter of acceptance or will be dismissed from the university. Students who meet the minimum GPA of 2.50 during the probationary periods are placed in regular standing in the following quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>SPECIAL STANDING ADMISSION<\/strong><br>Students who wish to officially enroll in selective courses, but do not wish to receive a degree may be granted a status of special standing.
